I&#039;m one of your patients. I began to have knee problems around Thanksgiving 2010. The Sports Med doctor drained the clear fluid off my knee, gave me a cortisone shot, moibic pills, and put me in a knee brace. Six weeks later it felt better and swelling was gone. However, as soon as I started exercising again the swelling and pain returned. The x-ray showed only mild arthritis and the MIR showed nothing. I&#039;m having the reports sent to you and will come see you.
Until then, what should I be taking or doing? I am able to do water aerobics which helps with the knee but isn&#039;t enough exercise to keep all depression away.
